Studios next to Promenade des Anglais with parking and pool is situated in Nice, 3 km from MAMAC and only 200 metres from the nearest beach. Allianz Riviera Stadium is 4.4 km from the property. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.

The air-conditioned accommodation is equipped with a seating area. Some units feature a dining area and/or balcony. There is also a kitchen, equipped with an oven and microwave. A toaster, a fridge and stovetop are also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer in each unit. Free private parking is available at the apartment.

Promenade des Anglais also includes a terrace.

Please note that for check-in from Monday to Saturday from 12:30 to 20:00, key collection takes place at My Casa, 109 Promenade des Anglais, Nice.

For check-in on Sunday or after 20:00, please go directly to the apartment. A mandatory EUR 20 check-in fee will apply for check-in at the apartment.

Please note that before departure, guests must wash the dishes and take out the rubbish.

Please note that luggage storage is possible off site, subject to availability and at an additional cost. Please contact the property for further details. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
